What exactly are you asking? Nothing has happened to "ALL of the cartoons". Your question seems to imply Cartoon Network has either stopped or decreased significantly the number of Cartoons they broadcast, which of course is not the case.
Well, all the good Cartoons were cancelled. Toonami has been recently cancelled, which has made it worse. Well, all the good cartoons were cancelled. Toonami has been recently cancelled, which has made it worse.
Just a little, if its anime its not that bad but if its like cartoon network it is kind of stupid. Nothing against cartoon network.
On cartoon network: ben 10, tom and jerry, ed edd and eddy. nick: Dora the explorer, shaun the sheep, roary the racing car, oggy and the cockroaches
They can be but it depends a lot on the cartoon. Not all cartoons are created equal.
There are many places a person may watch cartoon animals. For instance, most Disney movies feature cartoon animals. Some Disney movies with cartoon animals are The Fox and the Hound, The Lion King, and Bambi. Even Song of the South by Disney has cartoon animals. Additionally, a person may find multiple videos on Youtube with cartoon animals, such as the Looney Tunes cartoons, Llamas with Hats, and Foamy the Squirrel.

The top grossing sales from cartoon dogs are first snoopy from the charlie brown cartoons, goofy from the disney cartoons, and then odie from the garfield cartoons.
Obviously not. That is a cartoon, and cartoons are not real.
If you watch cartoons too much, you will eventually evolve into a cartoon.
Cartoon Network (in the 90's/early 2000's) used to primarily show productions based off of the Hanna-Barbera productions, but after their deaths (due to old age), Cartoon Network searched for new animators and new ways to compensate for the hole in their line up. Cartoon Network thus began introducing lame cartoons and a failed attempt at live action shows. It seems that now a days Cartoon Network is pretty much scatterbrained and will be for a long time. This link lists all of their shows from October 1992 to present and shows a few of the upcoming shows. If you are looking for the good old cartoons, on the east coast every Friday from 8-9 p.m. Cartoon Network hosts the cartoon planet line up which may feature 4 of any of Cartoon Networks best shows (i.e. I am weasel, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Robotomy, Chowder).See the related link.

You phrased the question wrong as I cannot send your drawings anywhere since I don't have access to them but presuming naturally you meant to write "How do I send my drawings to Cartoon Network" ... well, you don't. That's not how cartooning works. I don't know if they do it anymore but they used to have artists & cartoonists send submissions in and they would choose the best ones and air them but they would be completed cartoons. Cartoon Network isn't going to complete a cartoon from a set of drawings submitted by an individual. Having said all that, networks ask you not to send them unsolicited material so unless it's for a contest, there's no reason to send anything to Cartoon Network.
