Lilith (as the idea of Adam's first wife) isn't actually in the Bible at all. She came from a lot of early creation myths (like from the Mesopotamians) and somehow made it into Jewish folklore. The only place in The Bible that has anything similar is a Hebrew word in Isaiah 34:14 (liyliyth). This isn't talking about Adam's wife, it's just a hard to translate word that's used in context of talking about night creatures in Edom.
