The Pinta, the Nina, and the Santa Maria all left with full crews. The Santa Maria sank out at a Haitian bay, right in front of today's "Mole Saint-Nicolas", founded by Columbus himself as "La Navidad".
The other ships returned safely back to Spain, with Columbus traveling on the Nina.
The Nina made several other trips under Columbus and the last log of her is from 1501, on a trip to the "Pearl Coast", today's Venezuela's East Coast.
Little is known about the fate of the Pinta after the famous trip.
The Pinta sailed along with the Santa Maria and Nina to the New World. Only the Nina and Pinta made it back to Spain with Columbus on the Nina. Nobody knows what happened to the Pinta upon its return to Spain.
Nobody knows for sure. After it returned to Spain in 1493, there is no further record of its travels.
