I believe it was removed upon maintenance of the new website, there is a community forum now with a board for suggestions though.

In the blue sidebar on the left, click on "Community forum," and scroll down until you see "Suggestion box." Click on suggestion box, and on the top to the left you'll see "New topic." Click that and leave your idea on how to improve wikianswers.

For registered users only, there is a thread in the Community Forum titled "Suggestion Box". That is where users can suggest new features that will be considered in the future.

Unfortunately, no. I have however made a site suggestion that a "friend" system is implemented. If we're lucky, it'll get added to the site.

No. WikiAnswers does not currently support graphics or images.
