Technically no Beatles members quit. The original lineup was Paul, George, John, Pete Best, and Stuart Sutcliffe, however Sutcliffe passed away. Pete Best was technically "kicked out" of the band for not following the path they wanted to go into.
Prior to their meteoric rise to international superstardom, there was some movement in the ranks, but once the Beatles were properly established in 1962 with the familiar line up of George Harrison, John Lennon, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, that was how it stayed until they called it quits in 1970. During this period, apparently all four of them at different times had quit and walked out for various reasons, only to be pacified and brought back into the fold.
