Some of the perpetrators were put on trial, convicted and hanged. However, many changed their names, etc and 'lived happily ever after'.
Some were arrested and put on trial while others escaped.
The problem is whether the perpetrators are willing to recognize another holocaust as it is forming and occurring. For example, many people point out that the 50 million abortions (just in the U.S.) qualifies as another holocaust. But the perceived benefit (casual sex without responsibility) is so seductive and addictive that the perpetrators would not seriously consider its status as a holocaust.
Considering most of the world were bystanders to the Holocaust, this would excuse the actions of those who perpetrated the Holocaust and those who enabled it. So no, you cannot say that they were.
Nobody it never happened
No. The United States holds absolutely no responsibility for what happened in the Holocaust. It happened in a different continent, perpetrated by a country far more advanced militarily .
you would be executed ___ * Germans were usually given the option of refusing to kill in the Holocaust * Some people who played a front-line role in the killings were deserters from the Soviet Army. Once they had decided to desert they probably did not have much say in how they were used. These deserters do, however, seem to have set about their "work" enthusiastically. * A very small number of German soldiers were forced to do "dirty work" as a punishment.
The Holocaust itself had no religion as it was not a person, but the perpetrators were Christian and the victims were Jews.
In general terms; they were the perpetrators.
the victims no one is trying to remember the perpetrators
'Involved' as victims or perpetrators?
Children were not involved as perpetrators, if that is what you mean.
Many groups fought, but if the Holocaust were to be split into two groups, they would be the victims and the perpetrators.

If you mean the WWII holocaust, mainly Nazi Germany. There were other mass killings around that time: Japan in China, and Stalin in the Soviet Union.

yes, they killed many people. However you can say that it failed as the perpetrators did not complete the job.
They are classified as 'bystanders', they were neither the victims nor the perpetrators (they were also on a different continent).
