Well , Stephanie Meyer has not said what happens after breaking dawn but what i think happens is that renesmee's growth slows down and that she turns in to a vampire fully , But Jacob and reesmee remain a couple . Stephanie Meyer was writing edward cullens version but someone leaked it onto the internet so she isn't publishing for a couple of years , you can go on to her site to read it !
