It depends on what caused the gamma event in the first place.Strictly speaking, gamma radiation is caused by the de-excitation of the nucleus, so the atomic number (and Atomic Mass) does not change during a gamma event. However, the gamma event is usually precipitated by some other event, such as a beta or alpha decay that does change the configuration of the nucleus. An alpha event reduces the atomic number by 2 (and reduces the atomic mass by 4), while the beta event increases the atomic number by 1 (and does not change the atomic mass very much). Its actually more complex than that, but the answer to the original question is that nothing really happens to the atomic number during a gamma event.

A spring festival in Seville, Spain.
There is no Feria de Sevilla. The proper name is the Feria de Abril and it is held in April as the name suggests.
The Feria de Abril de Sevilla is celebrated about two weeks after Easter Holy Week. The fair lasts for one week, and each day begins with a parade of carriages. There are marquee tents, bullfighters and plenty of partying and dancing.
For a week the streets of Seville are covered with Tapa stands, sherry specials, children & horses, dancing flameco and carnival rides. The history of Feria of Abril dates back as far as 1840. It was known as a cattle herding opportunity.

You mean like the "Feria de Abril" held in Sevilla, Spain? Not quite. There are celebrations held around Mexico that resemble such event, but have many different origins:For instance, the "Feria de San Marcos" held in the city of Aguascalientes on the last two and first two weeks of April and May respectively, is made to honor St. Mark Evangelist and resembles more the Vendimia held in Spain and Portugal:http:/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feria_Nacional_de_San_MarcosAnother one would be the "Carnaval de Veracruz" or "Carnaval de Mazatlán" held during the nine previous dais prior to Ash Wednesday (last held on February 17-25, 2009).http:/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnival#Latin_America_and_the_Caribbean
Feria de Agosto was created in 1491.
