He can be charged with the offense, just like anyone else.

He or she can also be impeached by the House of Representatives and tried by the Senate. If convicted at the Senate trial, the judge will be removed from office for misconduct, and barred from future service in the government (one or two people have slipped past this rule on a technicality).
