That is wrong. It all depends on your parents. True that if you are truly unhappy and you know that there is no way out. If you know there is no way that you can live your life with the certain spouse that you are living with, then yes you can get a divorce. But getting a divorce is VERY wrong in Islam. It is not right unless you know that there is absolutely no way that it is going to work out. If you did not want to marry this person in the first place you should have spoken up!
