Before you read on, please note that flames can turn blue naturally. flames turn blue when they become hot and can also change color when ink and chemicals are burned (like on a newspaper). Now, with that being said, here are some meanings of the color blue.
Blue represents happiness and clamming. In are it can represent sadness, but is usually seen as a color of happiness and joy in magick. I do not know what it means to see this color in a flame.
