Crying daily may be an indicator of underlying emotional distress or mental health issues. It is important for the person to seek support from a mental health professional to address the root cause of their frequent crying and explore coping strategies. Regularly crying may also lead to physical symptoms such as tiredness, headaches, or dehydration.
