This depends on what is in your lease. Most of the time there is something in there with police, drugs, crimes, etc.
You're obviously screwed...
This can vary greatly. A prosecutor may decide not to prosecute the charge at all. Why this happens I cannot explain, but it happens. If prosecuted the person may get probation and not be sentenced to any time. If the person has prior convictions they could get over 15 years in prison.
If an Olympian is caught taking drugs during the urine-testing, they will be disqualified from the Olympic games, taken off the team, and fined for abusing the rules.
ben johnson has got caught using drugs and was the first to be caught.
It all depends on the sport. Different sports have different rules and regulations involving drugs (which are illegal and legal). If the drug happens to be illegal in the sport, disciplinary action will be taken and suspension will probably be the outcome.
It sounds like you're asking an opinion question. In my opinion, yes. If a person is caught with illegal drugs, yes, a police officer should arrest the person.
If you get caught with drugs inside your pants, it doesn't matter how they got there, YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL !
We are caught in the net of drugs because of Chemistry. We take medicines when we fall ill , medicines are also type of drugs.
It will depend on what you are caught with, how much you were caught with and what you were doing with it. It would not be looked on as badly if you had it just for your own use compared to if you were selling it to others. People can face heavy prison sentences, and generally the judiciary are getting tougher.
Probably. That will be up to the prosecuting attorney and the judge, but you'd need to be able to tell a pretty good sob story not to go back to prison if you're caught with illegal drugs.
