It is perfectly normal for dogs to vomit occasionally (possibly even daily). You only need to worry if it becomes more frequent than normal or changes appearance (e.g. has blood in it).

Its sort of obvious why your dog throws up when he barks. The smell of the outside air attracts the nose to the outside so it tries to climb down the throat and the dog barks then the nose reaches the mouth and hits the hangy thing in your throat and he throws up.....

If a dog throws up dog food?
If the dog throws up only certain food, then stop serving him that food. If the dog throws up all food and the vomiting doesn't pass within 12-24 hours (make sure dog has access to plenty of water), or if accompanied by fever, diarrhea, etc., see a vet ASAP.
