If it's waterproofed and you've got snorkels on your intakes and exhausts then you should be okay...

Otherwise, you know when your your car engine is underwater? Yeah, that... backpressure from the exhaust keeps the water out, but if the backpressure goes the water will rush up the exhaust, flood your cylinders and it's impossible to restart until it's dried out

So basically if you're waterproofed your fine, if not then start paddling
