Chloroplasts= Photosynthesis=Sugar
No chloroplasts means no more photosynthesis to produce compounds like glucose that the plant uses for energy.
We eat our food and then digest it to get high energy compounds like glucose. Plants use chloroplasts to make food, then they digest it.
No chloroplast, no plant.
There are two answers to this.
Firstly if there are no chloroplasts (or chlorophyll) in a leaf then the leaf is unable to produce glucose through photosynthesis.
Secondly due to the lack of the green pigment the leaf is white.
This occurs naturally in some plants or may be as a result of a viral infection in the plant. This is normally exhibited as an all white leaf, or a leaf that shows strong green/ white variegation patterns in the leaf.
The plant would not be able to carry out photosynthesis to make food and the plant would eventually die due to starvation.
They would be unable to feed themselves, because chloroplast is responsible for photosynthesis. Therefor, without it, the plants would never get the nutrients they need, and die.
Chloroplasts produce food for plant. So plant will die
Cell Wall and Chloroplasts
Cell wall and Chloroplasts are present in plant cells but absent in animal cells.
The major differences between plant cell and animal cell :-Animal cell-1. Cell wall is absent in animal cells.2. Chloroplasts and other plastids are generally absent.3. Glyoxysomes are absent in animal cell.4. Centrioles and centrosome in their cytoplasm is present.5. During cell division it forms amphiastral spindle.Plant cell-1. Cell wall is present in plant cell.2. Chloroplasts and other plastids are present.3. Glyoxysomes may be present in plant cell.4. Centrioles and centrosome are absent in plant cell.5. During cell division it forms anastral spindle.
Plant cells and algae have chloroplasts. They make the plant green and help in photosynthesis.
animal cells only have a nucleus, cytoplasm and cell membrane but a plant cell has a cell wall, cell membrane, cytoplasm, chloroplasts, vacuole and nucleus.

A difference between animal cells and plant cells is that plant cells have a cell wall and animal cells do not.Large, Central Vacuole Cell Wall Chloroplasts

photosynthesis happens in chloroplasts In a plant cell or any cell that contains chloraplasts.
A cell wall and chloroplasts.
The only cell that has chloroplasts is plant cell
