Yes. It will hatch by itself, or you can take it home and hatch it. It will take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to hatch.
This doesnt always mean it is dead. It still can be alive so do not panic. If the jelly has bits of ewhite in it, then sadly the frogspawn is dead.
