1. I would recommend not Starting the engine.
2. Go buy 2 Filter and twice the oil the car takes.
3. Change the Filter & Drain the Oil
4. Replace the filter add the oil required.
5. Run the engine for a few minutes and repeat steps 1 - 4.
Now you should be Safe
Next step would be to consult an Eye Doctor
It usually means the gasoline is old however, if you have put an injector cleaner or something like that in your gas it may be cleaning older varnish deposits from fuel lines and even the filter. If you haven't added an injector cleaner to your tank you probably should to help dissolve any varnish buildup caused by old gasoline.
It gets VERY expensive! Check out "DUI - A Costly Mistake" in the related link I added.
If a gas is produced and it isn't a state change (such as steam bubbles forming), the reaction is a chemical change because the molecular makeup of either the water or the drain cleaner has changed and the hydrogen has been liberated.
try looking for a vacum leak
If you added a small container like 10 ounces or less to a full tank of gasoline, not to worry, nothing will happen except maybe the fuel injectors will get cleaned.
dont answer, i added this by mistake
hey nevermind i added 2 bottles of injector cleaner and sprayed the throttle body with gumout and it runs nice again thought id just let you guys know that smile
happens
Reset your injector timing to compensate for the added boost at idle
what happens if magnesium ribbions is added in acetic acid
what happens to molecules as energy is added the temperature increses
== == When was the last time that the car had a professional tune up? More than 6 months ago? Throwing things/money at the the problem is silly, get it diagnosed by a pro and then have it repaired and adjusted properly.
