In trial, it would constitute "Fruits of the Poisonous Tree", and the evidence would be excluded from trial via Exclusionary Rule.
procedural due process violation
Under the constitution 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments an illegal search and seizure can not be used to convict a person. In 1950 a woman in Ohio had an illegal search done by the police and they seized evidence while in her home. The case went to the Supreme Court and she won her case.
the police or a bounty hunter
The police arrested suspects, but they did not have any hard evidence.
there is not anyway to illegally break in 9 ball pool!!
If the person is ignorant and angry it should make it that much easier to break up with them. You can have a friend or friends with you when you break up and be you do so in a quiet, but public place. If you receive any threats after the break up from this person then report them to the police.
If a person purposely tried to drown you then it is attempted murder and you should report it to the police. The police, having no clear evidence of the act of your friend trying to drown you unless you have witnesses will at least charge that person with physical harm to you. A good friend does not try to drown you so break off the friendship. Be sure your friend was not joking around and was actually holding you under the water to drown.
I would think that if they knew that person was there......yes.
Police are intended to uphold the law and protect the population. If you do something to break the law or endanger a person, they are inherently empowered to stop you however necessary.
No they are not. Not randomly at any rate. However if they have probable cause to believe that there is evidence that pertains to the crime, then they are allowed to access that room or item that they believe to hold that evidence as outlined in the search warrant.
someone who illegally uses technological methods to break into a computer system
The Police break up because they wanted to be solo, they had arguments and fights, and they couldn't stand with each other.
Just like any other person who assaulted you. You can bring it to court, Just because it is a police officer it is just like an average person and can get in trouble. They still have to follow the rules so when the break a law they can end up in jail.
