It depends on the offence. My ex husband had gotten a warrent for not paying a fine on a traffic ticket, and he didn't go to court. But he went to jail anyway when he moved 3 hour's away, and they didn't take him back there. However I have been told by many attorneys on misterminers they do not exterdic you back. I was also told that by a state attorney as well. If you go back to that state they can pick you up. I think that maybe this depends on your state as well. These were in WI and MN state.
