Depending on how the two rabbits are related will determine how the kits "come out". Breeding Mother-Son or Father-Daughter, the kits will be just fine. This is actually a method of breeding some breeders use called "line-breeding". The only cross you DO NOT want to do is Brother-Sister from the same litter. There is not enough genetic variation, so the kits have a high chance of being deformed or stillborn.
