I would talk to your doctor
The most common symptom of a miscarriage is bleeding; bleeding during pregnancy may be referred to as a threatened abortion. Of women who seek clinical treatment for bleeding during pregnancy, about half will go on to have a miscarriage. Symptoms other than bleeding are not statistically related to miscarriage.1 Miscarriage may also be detected during an ultrasound exam, or through serial human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) testing. Women pregnant from ART methods, and women with a history of miscarriage, may be monitored closely and so detect a miscarriage sooner than women without such monitoring.11. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miscarriage
that is deff not good get to the docs right away
A miscarriage cannot be detected or determined two months later.
Infants who are at high risk for IVH usually have an ultrasound taken of their brain in the first week after birth, followed by others if bleeding is detected.
First I am sorry to hear that you are bleeding or spotting during pregnancy. I know it can be a scary thing. Whether or not it is serious really depends upon how far along you are. Spotting in the first trimester is not uncommon and is generally okay. That said, you should not take it lightly though in case any complications do present themselves. Spotting in the first and second trimester are not okay. That does not mean you are going to have a miscarriage but it certainly is not healthy and you should call your doctor and go to the ER right away. When you are spotting during pregnancy it is a good idea to wear a pad or pantie liner. This will keep you aware of just how much you are bleeding.Signs of Miscarriage:# Vaginal Bleeding # Cramping # Tissue being passed Signs of Ectopic Pregnancy:# Cramping # Sharp pains in your stomach # low hCG levels# vaginal bleeding Signs of Molar Pregnancy:# Vaginal Bleeding # clusters seen via ultrasound # no heartbeat detected via ultrasound # hCG levels unusually high
Ultrasound
Miscarriages can be detected several ways. HCG levels - The woman takes a blood or urine quantitative pregnancy test. Then, 48 hours later, she takes another quantitative pregnancy test. If the HCG level in her blood or urine doesn't rise or actually decreases, then a miscarriage has either taken place or is in the process of taking place. An ultrasound can help determine if a miscarriage has occurred. If there is no visible fetus or embryo, depending on how far along the pregnancy is, then it can indicate a miscarriage has taken place. Signs of miscarriage include bleeding, cramping, pain, and passing "clots." If you suspect that you are having a miscarriage, you should contact your doctor.
It could be a missed miscarriage.
I was 8 weeks pregnant when i started losing my baby.I thought it was blood clots, but if you look closer its really placenta around the baby, as if it's slimy. You will also have a discharge of blood. My husband also noticed i was a little more cranky but it's too bad. The most common symptom of a miscarriage is bleeding,if you bleed during pregnancy it may be referred to as a threatened abortion. It can also be detected during an ultrasound exam,if there is bleeding you should visit a clinic to have an ultrasound exam. You can tell your having a Miscarriage by spotting/bleeding. i had a a miscarriage on the 24 of Sept and it started out by just spotting than when i went to the hospital it got worse!!
