u could always go back to the store you bought it from and tell them why u wanted to get a refund. just make sure u keep the receipt and all the shipping bar codes so u can get a full refund
I believe the word you want is refund. The customer asked for a refund.
We would love to accommodate your request but it happens to go against our rules.
You will be asked to give it back. If you don't give it back, it will be taken out of your tax refund.
I am going through this same problem right now. Today I called Lufthansa to cancel my refundable ticket and they informed me that a refund to my credit card would take SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS, which is absolutely ridiculous. I then asked for some sort of proof or confirmation that I had cancelled my itinerary (so that if need be, I can chase down my refund two months from now) and they informed me that it is against their policy to do so. What?! I then asked if there was any way to log in and check the status of my refund. No. How can I prove to another Lufthansa agent that I did cancel my itinerary and am entitled to a refund? "You have to take my word for it". Even if they do send me a refund eventually, this is a totally unacceptable business practice.
If you are saying you have been awarded a paid berth and you have already paid then they will refund it. If you asked for and received a berth then you qualified on your on accord nothing happens. Good Luck in FLA.
When we arrived at the restaurant, I asked the maitre d' for a quiet table by the window.
Simple, just order a starter kit online, and if you are not satisfied, just refund it! No questions asked.

Ask your attorney.
Do so at the first opportunity! Depending when you asked this question, and followed through. You actaully only get a refund for the past three years. So if you did not file your return by April 15, then you will receive your refund, if you were due one. However, whether you were entitled to a refund or not, you still need to file your return to prevent further interest/penalties accruing.
It depends on who has asked you to take it and why.
You will ask this question.
