The symptoms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease certainly depend largely on what part of your digestive tract is affected. Patients experience different symptoms depending on whether they have Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, or any of the other IBD's. However, many of these symptoms are common to multiple forms of IBD. Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea (with or without blood), Vomiting, low grade fever, loss of appetite, rapid weight loss, fatigue. Other signs to note would be, pain and inflammation in your joints, mouth sores or small fissures (little cuts right at the anus that cause bleeding and pain, especially when you're going to the toilet).

You have pressure in your intestines. This can be mistaken by the patient as an appendix problem; but the pain is way less and not in the correct area.

When you are not able to have a bowel movement, then the result is constipation. Bowel movements can happen daily or every few days depending on the person's body.
