Depends on how you draw his picture. Iran is a country with Shiite Muslim population and their religion sect, it is not considered wrong to draw Muhammed or Allah as long it is a normal picture or a picture to show a part of his life or his beauty. If the picture is insulting like the ones drawn in Denmark there will most probably be an uproar by the Muslims all over the world. But then what can you do? The people are brainwashed into believing that whoever insults Islam must be killed. It's a sad world.

Allah says in the Qur'an that what comes to your mind, I am other than that. Human mind i slimited and it cannot understand the personality of Allah, that is why it is forbidden even to think about Allah in that way...
For example, Ahmed Deedat asks a non-muslim, who believes in God: "Why don't you draw your god, or why don't you make a statue of your God?" He answers that "Allah is light, how can we make the statue of light?" It is correct answer by a non-Muslim about God. Allah says in the Qur'an "Allah is the light of heavens and the Earth". The non-Muslim, unconciously has said a verse from Qur'an about Allah....

c:Nothing will happen from Allah or Muhammad if you draw a cartoon. Mohammad cannot do anything since he is not alive. Allah can punish you if he is real and he is angry at drawing a cartoon.However, you could be killed by Muslims if someone draws a cartoon of Allah or Muhammad. If Allah is real why don't Muslims let Allah punish people if Allah has a problem drawing a cartoon? This way Muslims can show that Allah is powerful and Islam is a religion of peace.

In September 2005 a Danish paper called the Jyllands-Posten ("Jutland Post") did an article on Islam and political correctness. They invited 12 cartoonists to draw a depiction of the Prophet Muhammad. One of the cartoonists evaded the question by drawing a schoolboy called Muhammad. The others depicted the Islamic prophet with varying degrees of offensiveness. Depictions of the prophet are not only forbidden in Sunni Islam (it's considered a form of idolatry), but also considered offensive. In Shi'a Islam they are generally tolerated. However, they too were offended by the content of the cartoons, especially one which depicted Muhammad with a bomb in his turban.

So they think that if they draw him then they are being apostate (Disrespectful to God) and undermining him because he is the best and is amazing and no living thing can be as good and great as him. so they believe this is disrespectful to draw him or picture him.
