Depends on how you draw his picture. Iran is a country with Shiite Muslim population and their religion sect, it is not considered wrong to draw Muhammed or Allah as long it is a normal picture or a picture to show a part of his life or his beauty. If the picture is insulting like the ones drawn in Denmark there will most probably be an uproar by the Muslims all over the world. But then what can you do? The people are brainwashed into believing that whoever insults Islam must be killed. It's a sad world.
How can you draw someone that you haven't seen? If you are a Muslim, then it is forbidden to draw. That is a Great Sin...
Drawing Allah:
Allah says in the Qur'an that what comes to your mind, I am other than that. Human mind i slimited and it cannot understand the personality of Allah, that is why it is forbidden even to think about Allah in that way...
For example, Ahmed Deedat asks a non-muslim, who believes in God: "Why don't you draw your god, or why don't you make a statue of your God?" He answers that "Allah is light, how can we make the statue of light?" It is correct answer by a non-Muslim about God. Allah says in the Qur'an "Allah is the light of heavens and the Earth". The non-Muslim, unconciously has said a verse from Qur'an about Allah....
B:
it is a VERY BIG SIN
c:Nothing will happen from Allah or Muhammad if you draw a cartoon. Mohammad cannot do anything since he is not alive. Allah can punish you if he is real and he is angry at drawing a cartoon. However, you could be killed by Muslims if someone draws a cartoon of Allah or Muhammad. If Allah is real why don't Muslims let Allah punish people if Allah has a problem drawing a cartoon? This way Muslims can show that Allah is powerful and Islam is a religion of peace.
YESSSSSS. Because in Islam we are forbidden to draw them.
one should respect others' religion and culture this will lead to peace.
Answer:Very good question. The reason why there is no shrine for Muhammad is the same reason why we Muslims do not draw images of Muhammad: We do not want to worship Muhammad. We only worship God. Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) was God's Prophet and Messenger. No more than that.
Draw Muhammad was created on 2006-07-04.
It was in response to the threats issued to the creators of south park by fundamentalist Muslims, after a south park episode included Prophet Muhammad in a bear costume. The idea of "Everybody Draw Mohammad day," is to show they aren't willing to bow down to threats & censorship.
The sunnah is important firstly because Allah commands the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him and his family, "Say (O' Messenger of Allah, Muhammad), 'If you love Allah, then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.' (3:31). Also, the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him, warned those who would state that they obey the Qur'an while ignoring his sunnah. The Messenger of Allah, upon whom be eternal felicitation and blessings, commanded believers to adhere to his sunnah as much as possible (as well as the sunnah of the rightly guided Khalifs, i.e. Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali). Finally, believer draw near to Allah through firstly fulfilling obligatory actions and then acting upon supererogatory acts of worship which are derived from his, upon whom be peace and blessings, sunnah. Adhering to the sunnah is the way believer demonstrate their love of Allah and His Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah upon him and his family.
Try not to draw Allah (SWT)
Islamic Power was limited to the Arabian Peninsula
Islamic power was limited to the Arabian Peninsula APEX
I can't
In September 2005 a Danish paper called the Jyllands-Posten ("Jutland Post") did an article on Islam and political correctness. They invited 12 cartoonists to draw a depiction of the Prophet Muhammad. One of the cartoonists evaded the question by drawing a schoolboy called Muhammad. The others depicted the Islamic prophet with varying degrees of offensiveness. Depictions of the prophet are not only forbidden in Sunni Islam (it's considered a form of idolatry), but also considered offensive. In Shi'a Islam they are generally tolerated. However, they too were offended by the content of the cartoons, especially one which depicted Muhammad with a bomb in his turban.
Well, it depends. If it is Allah- Subanatallla, then yes. A true Muslim cannot draw faces of prophets, but if its a friend or family member, its okay. Allah will understand, and you shall NOT be punished.
At the time of Prophet Muhammad's death in 632 CE, Islamic power extended mainly across the Arabian Peninsula, with the city of Medina as the political and religious center. The religion was also gaining traction among tribes and communities in neighboring regions, but the vast Islamic empire as we know it today had not yet been established.
They cannot draw Allah because they believe that Allah is perfect and no human being can draw him and they aren't perfect or have all the qualities that Allah has. So they think that if they draw him then they are being apostate (Disrespectful to God) and undermining him because he is the best and is amazing and no living thing can be as good and great as him. so they believe this is disrespectful to draw him or picture him.
