Apparently cockroach feces contain Salmonella bacteria, and can give you a type of food poisoning. Their feces also contain other bacteria, in which i'm unsure what they are, but cause symptoms such as diarreah, etc.

They risk becoming ill or dying. The owner calls poison control or gets them to an emergency vet clinic. That owner will be sure to put the suspected poison's container in a bag and take it along for the vet to inspect.

Combat probably doesn't have enough poison to hurt a dog but to be safe you should call Animal Poison Control Center # 1-888-426-4435.
