∙ 14y agoYou could get sick or nothing might happen. That will depend completely upon what kind of turkey product, where and how it has been stored and handled and how long it has been expired. Just because it has hit the 'best by' date, does not mean it is inedible, but if you are uncertain about the safety of a food item - don't eat it.
