Well nothing. You might feel better. The only bad thing is you might be more hungry than usual because you haven't eatin in a greater span of time. Maybe a cramp. I don't really see how sleeping longer can be a problem unless your in a coma, which your obviously not because you typed this question.
Nothing! That's how much sleep I've been getting ever since I was a teenager - I'm now 48 ! I've tried sleeping longer - but just can't do it !
Another answer:Different people need different amounts of sleep. In general it's recommended that adults get about 7-8 hours of sleep a night, children and teenagers usually need more. Lack of sleep is linked with slowed reaction times, irritability, tiredness (obviously), inability to pay attention, impaired memory. Severe lack of sleep can cause psychosis-like symptoms, and has been linked with increased risk of Heart disease, Diabetes, obesity. 16 and over need to get at least 8 hours sleep :)
fatigue!
a normal human should get from 6-8 hours of sleep, when excercising it is best if you get your full 8 hours, but don't sleep over 10 hours, it will cause brain sleep, which is basicly being tired, and lazy and feeling like your brain is numb.
8 to 9 hours. Basically, enough uninterrupted sleep so that you don't feel jet lag at the end of the week and want to sleep until noon over the weekend. adults should sleep 7-9 hours. children should sleep 10-12 hours.
Around four hours over a 24 hour period.

Sleep requirements vary over a narrow range from about 7 to 9 hours.
Adults generally need 7-9 hours of sleep per night for optimal health and functioning. Children and teenagers may require more sleep. It's important to prioritize sleep as part of a healthy lifestyle.
over sleeping is worse than under sleeping. it leaves you fatigued, slow and lethargic. Recommended average sleep for adults is 8 hours. Try to stick to it.
Apparently, too much sleep is just bad for your body as not enough sleep. You'll notive that if you over-sleep you wake up feeling groggy and unenergized. 8 hours of sleep is considered healthy for most adults. Your body can't "catch up" on sleep, so sleeping for 12 hours one night because you only got 4 hours of sleep the night before won't work. You'll have lost out on two nights of healthy sleep because you under-slept one night and over-slept the other!
