You'll probably get a ticket.
They get a ticket.
you will either get a ticket ,or be let off with a warning
You will still have to pay. Otherwise nothing
If a person with only a learners permit gets a reckless driving ticket, they will have to pay the ticket. Depending on the state they may be required to attend classes, and their insurance rates will go up.
If you are 'fully' licensed nothing - unless you get a ticket for violating a law. However - if you were driving on a permit and unaccompanied, you will lose your permit AND be issued a ticket and a fine whether you were at fault or not.
The law is different dependent on the country or state in which you live.
i got fined $75.. and a $166 dollar speeding ticket
If you got caught driving without a licensed driver and you only have a permit you would get a ticket and lose your permit. Additionally the car could get impounded and towed away.
I know in Illinois if you get a ticket on your permit you have to redo all the months.
Depending on the state but you have to get your license delayed for 1 year from the date of the ticket. Most likely though, if you do drivers school your fine. Just be careful and dont speed. Also try and fight the ticket in court.
That depends on your state law and the leniency of the judge. You'll be facing two charges - speeding, and driving without a licence (although some states may have a different charge for persons driving solo on a learner's permit). You can expect a hefty fine, the loss of your permit, and probably a suspension period in which you won't be able to obtain another learner's permit or licence.
