You die! You scream and hope someone is around who can help or make your peace with God! Being bitten by any large predator will usually involve at least puncture wounds and moderate blood loss. Since most carnivores instinctively go for a killing bite, such as a jaguar, the bite can be fatal if it is into the spine. Large cats also shake their prey if they have secured a good bite, so, depending on where they are biting you, your neck can be snapped if they are behind you or flesh or tendons may be torn if it has an appendage. If you survive, you will probably need medical treatment for defense wounds on the face, hands, feet, arms or legs if not hospitalization for torn limbs or gauges in your soft tissues. There might be a risk of infection at the bite sites or the rare chance of an allergic reaction to the animal's saliva or bacteria in it, if for instance you surprised the animal when it was already in the process of eating something else.
