There is no direct interaction. However, since omeprazole (Prilosec, etc.) is taken for gastrointestinal problems, and since alcohol tends to aggravate those problems, it would seem prudent to abstain -- if you are able to do so -- until the stomach problems are resolved. If you are unable to do so, then you have other issues that are likely to cause even greater problems than an upset stomach.
