The egg will decrease in size (water will exit) if the shell is removed by some means before the egg is placed in the solution. If the shell has not been removed, however, not much will happen as the shell is basically impermeable.

Vinegar is acidic solution so the shell of egg becomes disappear now egg is with an organic membrane in salt water the water present in egg moves outer side due to high concentration of solute in salt water (process of Osmosis) the egg becomes shrinks.

The salt in the water would absorb throught the boiled egg making it a SALTY boiled egg and if you took off the shell you would see the salt crystals. :)
