Yes. Vitamin overdosing can cause serious side effects. Serious liver damage can result from too much vitamin A. Undesirable side effects can occur with too much vitamin B-3 and B-6. Too much vitamin D can cause serious side effects. Too much vitamin C can cause diarrhea and stomach discomfort. If you take too much calcium, your bones can become brittle and weak and break under normal conditions.
You should not self prescribe high dosages of any minerals or vitamins unless you have checked with your doctor.
-I am unsure if there are actual side effects but I have read once that if you ingest too many vitamins than your body needs they will just be urinated out, your body does not store the vitamins but gets rid of the ones that aren't need as waste. -Certain vitamins when taken in excess, such as Vitamin C, will simply be unused and leave the body. But other Vitamins, such as Iron, Potassium, or calcium can be harmful to the body.
(Excess Calcium can lead to constipation, excess potassium can alter the blood pressure and act as a diuretic, and Iron can damage the heart, brain and other sites in the body and lead to heart attack or stroke) Always ask your doctor about which vitamins to take and how many should be taken- Multivitamins may give you too much of one vitamin and too little of another.
you could potentially overdose depending on what vitamins you took/take, and how much.
If the vitamins are fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, they can build up in your body and cause health issues. Excess water-soluble vitamins are simply eliminated from your system.
You pee them out.
If you eat a complete diet, you don't need to worry.
we get jacked up
It depends on the vitamins and dosage.
Young take 1 a day.
Your taking a overdose of vitamins and its giving more calcium to your body more than you needs and you might get sick
you take them as a teen
My doctor has recommended a vitamin that I do not recognize.

no it really will not hurt but the best vitamins is the prenatial vitamins that your obgyn can provide, a simple blood test is for the doctor to see where your blood levels are, whether you need more iron or calcium, etc..
Nothing bad happens, it's just that women's multivitamins have a balance of vitamins in them designed for women (i.e slightly more iron etc...). But the vitamins that women need are not significantly different to those that men require.
you need to take you vitamins and minerals
There is no requirement to take them just because you exercise.
