1) Call your local veterinarian so that you can get specific remedies to the symptoms
2) If the dog has been throwing up, feed it rice instead of dog food in order to soothe the stomach
3) If you've been noticing that your puppy has been eating grass...don't panic...this just means that he/she has a stomach irritation
4) make sure to leave out plenty of water
DO NOT: Give your puppy drugs for humans unless instructed to do so by a trained professional!

∙ 12y agoWell, the first thing you need to do is determine how sick your pet is and how long they have been sick.....If the illness is severe enough and has been lingering around for days you need to see your vet ASAP....Don't "self diagnose" your pet if they are sick as this is the worst thing that some pet owners do. Avoid giving different over the counter medications because they could just complicate matters for the vet.....
