Yes they do, from their offspring. The scientists still do not know why they do, we think they do it to keep the nest clean.

Many species of bird actively take and scatter the feces from their offspring away from the nest. This behavior could be confused with eating feces. Recent studies show that some species of owl mark their territories with feces and feathers and anything that can't be digested, such as bone and fur, is regurgitated in the form of a tightly packed pellet.

No fish eats the fecal matter of other animals intentionally. Although bottom-dwellers such as corydoras and Plecostomus do clean the aquarium of scraps, they eat only the leftover food (if you rely on leftovers to feed them).

A fishes digestive system is like any other. The fish will get food. Then process it. After the food is processed the waste comes out of the other end.

Yes mostly talapia but there are other kinds.
