White patch yes. Puppies have blue eyes at first. Eyes that remain blue do not fit the breed standards.

white with red eyes
I have a white rabbit with brown eyes and she is just like my others. No difference in behavior.
Some white rabbits have red eyes (an albino bunny!). Most rabbits I think have brown eyes. My rabbit's eyes sometimes look red in the dark but her eyes are brown. Hope this helps:)
An albino rabbit is a rabbit that lacks the pigment melanin in its skin, fur, and eyes, resulting in a white or pale appearance. Albino rabbits have pink or red eyes due to the lack of pigment in the iris.
Depending on it's size, you either have a blue eyed white Netherland Dwarf or a white Beveren (assuming that you have a purebred rabbit.) There are no other breeds of rabbit accepted by the ARBA that have blue eyes. Of course there is always the possibility that it is a crossbreed rabbit.
IT COULD BE ANY BREED OF RABBIT BUT IN THIS CASE IT SOUNDS LIKE AN ALBINO!!
no an albino animal has all white with red eyes. shadow has red eyes and a patch of white fur but he is mostly black and red so the answer is no.
Right whales are black except for a white patch on the belly. Scars are also white.
