its all about the group thinking that they will lose regionals so arent trying cuz they are in a "funk". will decides to do a funk number to get back at Vocal adredaline for ruining their chances of winning.

Kurt, tired of being harassed by Karofsky, spies for New Directions at Dalton Academy, where he meets Blaine (guest star Darren Criss). Blaine encourages Kurt to stand up for himself. Coach Beiste discovers the boys use her as a turn-off method and attempts to quit her job. Puck returns and develops a friendship with Artie through his community service project.

Someone else- SUE's Sister dies! The special ed woman! It's so sad :( Finn and Quinn break up because Finn liked Rachel, but Rachel and Jesse get together. The episode just came out today so :D
