it all depends on the situation, they could get a warning if the person was sorry for what they did, if they aren't sorry and continue to do it , then they would be disfellowshipped from the congregation
Married or not - - they would (very likely) be disfellowshipped much quicker than any court system process in most places. (About the only provision is: They have 7 days to appeal the disfellowshipping. They must do so in writing; providing a reason for the appeal. We shall consider if their reason is valid to overturn the action taken.)
We work hard at keeping our congregations morally clean.
Once they stop such immoral conduct; -- and when we see other 'works of repentance'; they can make a written plea for reinstatement back into our brotherhood. Many who have been disfellowshiped, and have been reinstated; support our procedure wholeheartedly. Those who do not, are free to go their own way, including joining another religion.
Jehovah's Witnesses are Christians. They view dating as a prelude to finding a marriage mate and not as a social activity. They normally do not date outside of their faith due to many reasons, some are obvious. Since Jehovah's Witnesses do not participate in certain practices (such as Christmas), it is unwise to go into a marriage with someone who will disagree with their core beliefs.
No. This would be adultry( a sin), which they would not practice in the religion.
Of course... Jehovah's Witnesses enjoy sexual relations with their marriage mate, just as anyone else. It would be pretty difficult if they slept in separate beds. However, I guess there's nothing wrong with sleeping in searate beds, if you're both in agreement !
Firstly, check if he is really one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Jehovah's Witnesses usually only date within their religion and are put outside of the congregation if they have sex outside of marriage. If you are in a sexual relationships with an individual outside of the bonds of marriage, then the individual is no doubt NOT one of Jehovha's Witnesses. For Jehovah's Witnesses their partners or family are not to be put above the supreme maker of the universe so if it is a question between respecting bible principle (for example having sex outside of marriage) and pleasing a human, they will chose God. That having been said, there should be no conflict in family relationships if both individuals respect the others right and freedom to worship as they chose and show love and respect for those that don't agree with their choices.
Actually -- sex outside of marriage is NOT practiced among 'genuine' Christians. For example: Among Jehovah's Witnesses, anyone who practices sex before marriage, or sex outside of marriage, or adultery; is a disfellowshipping offense. We actually PRACTICE disfellowshipping.Sex outside marriage -- is only practiced among 'psuedo' Christians; 'self-proclaimed' Christians; by people who 'call themselves' Christian. Therefore it gives a warped view of what genuine Christianity is all about.
No music is 'banned' as such. However, Jehovah's Witnesses uphold certain moral standards, such as no sex outside marriage, no violence, no cursing or obscene language, etc. Members are discouraged to liste to music that features or encourage such practices.
Jehovah's Witnesses let the bible answer that question. The bible allows for divorce and remarriage on one ground-sexual relations outside the marriage. (Matthew 19:9) Therefore, if you learn that your mate has been unfaithful, you have the right to terminate the marriage. In the end, the person is the one who will live with the consequences; therefore, they are the one who must decide.-Galatians 6:5.
Zeus had too many children outside his marriage to count!
Yes. Sexuality of any kind outside your marriage is adultery.
A married man's lover outside of marriage is called a mistress. There is not such a clear cut term for a woman's lover outside of marriage. He may simply be called her lover, he could also be called her boy toy.

because she is not married so she is not pregnant Pregnancy is a result of sexual intercourse, not of marriage. Many societies disapprove of pregnancy outside marriage, but there are many girls who get pregnant outside marriage.
