Cell division is a process in which a single cell divides roughly equally giving two daughter cells (as they are called in Biology).

The parent cell first enlarges in size. A secondary copy of the cell organelles and the genome are synthesized. This is followed by cell division, which divides not only the cellular components but also the plasma membrane, which is pinched off to produce two cells. Each of the daughter cells get one copy of the genome.

Cell division is an extremely elaborate topic.

it splits in to 2 daughter cells, and when the daughter cells are old enough, the cell division will happen again. and the cycle goes on and on

There is only one way to make more cells-by the division of those that already exist.

What happens to a cell's DNA prior to cell division?

It replicates.

What happens at the after cell division?

After cell division is completed, it remains for a rather long time in the resting phase.

What happens to the chromatin in the early cell division?

the cell division is compacted into visible stuctures called chromosmes

Cellular event happen by removing nuclear envelope?

The cellular event that happens by removing the nuclear envelope is cell division. Cell division happens during Prophase.
