By yourself it is illegal. Just like your permit when you started driving a car you have to have a properly licensed driver with you.
In Massachusetts, as in most states, it is a criminal offense to drive with a learners permit without a licensed driver over 21 in the vehicle. The penalty for doing so is a fine of up to $200 and your driving privileges will be revoked.
No they won't. A learners permit is not a valid license. They shouldn't be driving without a licensed driver. The owner of the car can be held liable. They can be sued for allowing an unlicensed driver, drive their vehicle.
No. Must have a licensed driver in the vehicle over age 21.
You can receive a ticket with a fine, you also may get the vehicle you are driving impounded.
In Georgia the policy follows the vehicle. This would be vicarious liability and it would be covered. However the insurance company can possibly deny this claim cause the person driving the auto obviously didn't have permission by the insured to be driving this vehicle. That's a hard one to answer...
No, you do not. I have my registration, and no license; and I am driving =)
It means that you have a special permit to drive with a licensed driver in the vehicle before you get your actual drivers licence
The VEHICLE that you are driving must be properly insured.
Not sure what a bi class license is. If it's the same thing as a "Learners permit" then Yes you do need a licensed driver to accompany you, at all times while driving. If you mean a class B commercial license then NO you don't need any other licensed driver with you while driving a class B vehicle.
If stopped or in an accident they will be arrested and the vehicle will be impounded. This is the only answer I can give you.
The driver will receive another violation for "Driving While Suspended," and it is POSSIBLE that the owner of the vehicle may receive a ticket for "Permitting an Un-licensed Operator."
