! This is called a Transfer Case Encoder Motor or a Transfer Case Shift Motor. If the motor itself is bad it will not engage and disengage the clutch to send power to the front differential. If is is corroded it will many times stick and blow the 20 amp fuse located in the engine compartment fuse box.
