well right now im sick and im prety worn out and weak. but this is probly because when your sick the illness,disease,virus that's in you is targeting your body. so your immune system, white bllod cells, and just your iner body are fighting it, so its like a battle so to say in your body. and plus if your sick your unhealthy at this point which is also a big factor in being weak .

∙ 15y agoWhen your body is trying to fight an illness it takes the energy used to run your body and uses it to fight the illnees through your immune system. This leaves you tired as your body's energy is used to fight the sickness not power your body. This is a simplified way of looking at it.
