The undigested food is passed on to large intestine where water is absorbed from the undigested food and it become almost semi-solid. Now the undigested food is acted upon by putrefying bacteria which convert the undigested food into faeces are stored in the rectum from where the egected out through anus and it is controlled by anal sphincter.
By the time food reaches the large intestine, it has already been broken down into a substance called chyme by the stomach, which has then had the nutrients absorbed from it by the small intestine. Hence, by the time the "food" reaches the large intestine, it is no longer "undigested". (I thought this should be clarified, due to how your question is worded).
The stomach and small intestine do most of the "digesting", the large intestine's job is "excreting". The remains of the food which do reach the large intestine are primarily the indigestible fibre and water content of the food. The large intestine's job is to remove the water content and excrete the waste.

Large Intestine
its the large intestine
If the large intestine does not remove water, you'll have loose stools or diarrhea.
large intestine
Water in the undigested food will not be absorbed and the undigested food will be watery
Large Intestine
Undigested food passes along through the large intestine, here the water is absorbed from the undigested food into the body. Once it has passed along the undigested food ends up in the rectum.
it is the large intestine
The purpose of the large intestine is to absorb water from the undigested food back into the blood.
The large intestine(colon/bowel).
Undigested food leaves the body through the anus. It goes from the small intestine to the large intestine and then exits through the butt hole.
