You build up fat, cholesterol, and plaque in your body. After a long while, your body starts to become depressed, you feel tired for a long time even if you han't done activity. You start to become short of breath, you gain headaches or migraines. If you eat fried foods all day, everyday, then you could become addicted to fried foods. If you continue to eat fried foods, it could lead up to some of the following: you can either get Heart disease, a heart attack, organ failure, stroke, and or Diabetes if exposed to prolonged consumption of fried food over a long period of time.
