There is no act which, if you leave it, makes you an unbeliever - except Salah. Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The covenant, between us and them, is Salah; so whoever leaves it, has disbelieved".
A person who leaves the prayers will die hungry and thirsty. His life will be shortened. He will be attacked, day and night, by a snake in his grave. He will be punished in Hell on the Day of Judgment.
