If a black hole ever comes to earth it will mean complete annihilation of it and all the surrounding planets in the solar system. The closest time period in which this will happen is around 1 billion-2 billion years, when we have completed space travel and are probably living on a different planet, having depleted earth's Natural Resources. So it probably wouldn't have destroyed the human race.

However if it does come within a lifetime, the human species will be wiped out.
