∙ 10y agoIt is possible that some boy sounds like a girl before puberty. But after puberty the sound changes and becomes more manly. It changes from person to person.

∙ 10y agoTheir voices are undeveloped before Puberty. The voice-box/larynx stretches and alters the tone of voice making it a bit deeper during puberty.
