Yup, people make tea out of it (i love it), it can make you a little sleepy though. It's in the mint family so its similar to eating mint, and it was way more commonly used back in the day-like a hundred years ago and before. Its often used for treating insomnia, digestive problems, anxiety, and other stuff, so I wouldn't eat it if your on any medication...
