I have seen it happen in person and actually I never noticed anything at all except they can be real good at avoiding a flyswatter. If you were looking for what is going on in the flys mind once it lands on a human science just has not gotten there yet! People have noticed a couple of flys do a little "hand Washing" gesture. While others seemed to enjoy the game of tormenting us or landing in our juice glasses. (not actually proven YET) Most other events that you may be thinking about are pure coincidence, like fly lands Grandpa dies spirit in the room stuff. I guess until science catches up with the activity of the fly we will continue to guess! Great question though!
