Well.... In book 7 she spills the beans while yelling at puck so they pretty much both find out. In the 8th Sabrinia talks alone with Puck and she tells him they changed so many things that maybe they won't end up married. Puck was excited but you could tell he was a little disappointed if that could happen. He also told Sabrina that if they get married and have a million babies I want our relationship to be based on mutual disgust and an endless barrage of ridicule and insults. He said he didn't want something dumb like affection getting in the way.
